Sound familiar?
Why your Google Ads isn't working
Clicks up, sales flat
Your budget is being spent on irrelevant searches you'd never approve if you read the search terms report.
Performance Max is a black box
Google's automation spends your money where it likes, and you can't see which placements actually worked.
Costs climb every quarter
CPCs keep rising, and your agency's answer is always 'increase the budget'.
Conversion tracking you can't trust
Form views, duplicate tags and page visits counted as 'conversions' make the numbers look great, on paper.
What we do about it
Google Ads built around paying customers
Wasted-spend audit in 48 hours
We go through your search terms, placements and settings and show you exactly where money is leaking.
Tracking rebuilt around revenue
Real leads, calls and sales, with offline conversion imports so Google optimizes for paying customers.
Controlled automation
We use Smart Bidding and PMax where they work, with negatives, exclusions and guardrails where they don't.
Landing pages that convert
Better traffic means nothing on a weak page. We test pages and offers to lower your cost per lead.

Questions
Straight answers
Do Google Ads work for small businesses?
Yes, when three things are in place: you target searches with clear buying intent, the ad sends people to a page that matches what they searched, and you track calls and forms so you know what each lead costs. Most small business accounts that 'don't work' are missing one of those, not all three.
Why is my Google Ads campaign not spending?
Usually the bids or budget are too low to win auctions, the keywords are too narrow to get searches, the ads are disapproved or limited by policy, or the targeting (location, schedule, audience) is very tight. Check the campaign status and the keyword status columns first. They usually say exactly why.
Why are my Google Ads not showing?
Search for your own ad and you may not see it, because Google doesn't show ads to people who never click them. Use the Ad Preview tool instead. If it truly isn't showing, the usual causes are a low budget, low Ad Rank, disapproved ads, billing problems or a schedule that excludes the current time.
Google Ads is too expensive for my small business. What can I do?
Narrow it down. Target only the area you serve and the hours you answer the phone, add negative keywords for jobs, DIY and 'free', use longer specific keywords instead of broad ones, and send clicks to a focused landing page. Many 'too expensive' accounts are paying for clicks that were never going to buy.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
Work backwards from what a customer is worth to you and how many leads you want. Start with enough to get meaningful data in your area within a month, then scale what brings customers. We'll suggest a starting budget after looking at your market. Our management fee is separate and never a percentage of your spend.
Why was my Google Ads account suspended?
Common causes are unpaid billing, suspicious payment activity, policy violations such as misleading claims, or circumventing a previous suspension. Read the email from Google carefully, fix the stated cause, then appeal through the account. Don't create a new account while suspended: Google links them and it usually makes things worse.
Are Google Local Services Ads worth it?
For trades like plumbing, HVAC, electrical and locksmiths, often yes. You pay per lead rather than per click, and the ads sit at the very top of the page. They work best when you answer the phone fast and keep a steady flow of reviews, because both affect where you rank.
What do you charge?
A flat monthly management fee based on ad spend and scope, never a hidden percentage markup on clicks. You pay Google directly.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. We work inside your account with manager access, so all data and history stays with you if we ever part ways.
How quickly will I see results?
Cutting wasted spend typically improves efficiency in the first 2–4 weeks. Scaling profitably comes after tracking is fixed and we have clean data.
Do you use AI to manage Google Ads?
We use Google's AI (Smart Bidding, Performance Max, AI Max for Search) where it performs, with human guardrails: negative keywords, exclusions, budget rules and weekly search-term reviews. An AI Google Ads manager is only as good as the conversion data and controls behind it.
Can you run Google Ads and Meta Ads together?
Yes, and we recommend it for most businesses. Google Ads captures people already searching; Meta Ads creates new demand. One team and shared tracking means no double-counted conversions.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
We work best with accounts spending $1,000+/month on ads. Below that, we'll tell you honestly if ads are the right move yet.
